LOST BAG RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO A LADY COMMUTER

On 20.06.2025, at 17:37 hrs, an on-duty RPF staff posted at Kavi Subhash Metro station while conducting a routine patrolling recovered an unclaimed bag inside a Metro rake and deposited it to the Station Master’s Office. After opening the bag, some valuable items were found therein.
Thereafter, the Station Master made repeated announcements requesting the owner of the bag to collect it from the Station Master's Office and a control message was also communicated to all the stations.
After sometime around 19:00 hrs, a lady commuter came to the Station Master’s Office of Kavi Subhash Metro station and claimed the ownership of the recovered bag and the items containing therein. After proper verification and fulfilling all official formalities, the bag along with all other items were handed over to her.
She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway authorities for helping her to get back the lost bag along with all other items.
