METRO STAFF HELP A PREGNANT LADY PASSENGER

On-duty Metro staff and RPF personnel have once again come forward for helping Metro commuters. This time they have helped a pregnant lady commuter in the Metro premises during peak hours.
On 14.06.2025 at about 10.10 hrs., a lady commuter aged around 25 years suddenly started feeling unwell at Rabindra Sadan Station. Her husband, who was accompanying her, sought help through Metro Helpline Number. Immediately after receiving this call, the station staff and RPF personnel were alerted and they rushed to attend her.
Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s Office in a stretcher and given first-aid. She was later sent to S.S.K.M Hospital with her husband. RPF personnel and station staff also accompanied them to the hospital. She was immediately admitted at the said Hospital.
She and her husband expressed heartfelt gratitude for the kind and timely help rendered by the station staff of Metro Railway.
