GENERAL MANAGER INSPECTS MASTERDA SURYA SEN METRO STATION

Shri P. Uday Kumar Reddy, General Manager, Metro Railway inspected Masterda Surya Sen Metro station today, i.e. on 10.06.2025. Senior officers of Metro Railway accompanied him during this inspection.
Shri Reddy inspected Platform, Concourse and Outside areas of this station and instructed concerned officials to make Railway land encroachment-free. It is to be noted that Railway land outside the Gate No. 2 of Masterda Surya Sen Metro station has been encroached and converted into a bus stand by unauthorised persons. In spite of repeated requests and attempts, this land could not be made encroachment-free as some local influential persons having vested interests have been preventing all attempts of Metro Railway authorities to recover the land which is urgently required for setting up an electrical substation.
