LOST MOBILE RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO ITS OWNER

An on-duty RPF staff posted at Kalighat Metro station found one unclaimed mobile phone during a routine check recently and deposited it to the Station Superintendent Office.
Thereafter, the Station Superintendent made repeated announcements with a request to the owner to collect the mobile phone from the Station Superintendent Office. A control message was also communicated to all the stations.
After a while, a passenger came to the Station Superintendent Office of Kalighat Metro station and claimed the ownership of the mobile phone. After proper verification and fulfilling all official formalities, the phone was handed over to him.
He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway authorities for helping him to get back his lost phone.
