METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

Metro staff and RPF personnel always take special care to ensure safety, security and smooth travelling of commuters. They also pay special attention to commuters who need help inside the Metro premises. Their alertness has been widely appreciated by all. on 28.05.2025, Metro staff have set one such example which has helped a lady commuter. on that day at about 20:09 hrs., a lady commuter aged around 30 years suddenly started feeling unwell at Kavi Subhash Metro station. on-duty station staff and RPF personnel immediately rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was immediately given first-aid and was sent to a nearby Hospital for further treatment with RPF and station staff accompanying her. Her husband was also informed about her condition through mobile number given by her.
After sometimes, her husband came to the hospital and took custody of her. All the belongings of the passenger were handed over to him.
They expressed heartfelt gratitude for the kind and timely help rendered by Metro staff.
