METRO STAFF RESCUE AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On 18.05.2025 at 15:00 hrs, a female passenger aged about 51 years had a bad fall and sustained a minor injury at Rabindra Sadan Metro station.
Seeing her condition, RPF and station staff immediately rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s Office and administered the first-aid. In the meantime, station staff contacted one of her family members over the mobile number given by her and he was apprised of her condition.
She was later sent to Shambhu Nath Pandit Hospital for further treatment under the escort of lady RPF staff and station staff.
She thanked Metro Railway authorities for the co-operation and timely help.
