LOST MOBILE RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO A COMMUTER

On 15.05.2025 at about 18.35 hrs. an on-duty RPF staff posted at Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro station found one unclaimed mobile phone during a routine check and it was deposited to the Station Superintendent office of the station.
Thereafter, the Station Superintendent made repeated announcements with a request to the owner to collect the mobile phone from the Station Superintendent Office of this station and a control message was also communicated to all the stations.
At about 20.20 hrs. a lady passenger came to the Station Superintendent office of Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro station and claimed the ownership of the mobile phone. After proper verification and fulfilling all official formalities, the phone was handed over to her.
She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway authorities for helping her to get back her lost phone.
