METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On-duty Metro staff and RPF personnel have once again come forward to help an indisposed lady commuter in the Metro premises during peak hours at the right time. on 15.05.2025 at about 19.25 hrs., a lady commuter aged around 28 years suddenly started feeling unwell at the platform area of Esplanade station.
On-duty station staff and RPF immediately rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s Office and given first-aid. She was later sent to Medical College and Hospital with RPF and station staff for further treatment. Her family member was informed about her condition through mobile number given by her.
She expressed heartfelt gratitude for the kind and timely help rendered by the station staff of Metro Railway.
