METRO RAILWAY SHOWS HUMANE FACE AGAIN

On 20.03.2025 at about 11:40 hrs., after receiving information that one lady passenger aged around 32 years feeling unwell on the platform of Howrah Metro station, the on-duty RPF staff rushed to the spot and brought her to the Station Master’s Room. She was immediately provided First-Aid. Despite that, her condition did not improve much and her friend was informed over the phone number she had given to the Station Master.
After sometimes, her friend came to the Station Master’s Office and decided to take her to the Hospital immediately. As per his request, necessary arrangements were made after complying with official formalities and she was sent to the District Hospital/Howrah, duly accompanied by Metro staff in a Taxi. Before leaving the station, she and her friend thanked Metro Authorities for extending kind co-operation and help.
