LOST MOBILE RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO A COMMUTER

On 16.03.2025 at about 17.25 hrs. an on-duty lady RPF staff posted at Netaji Bhavan Metro station found one unclaimed mobile phone during a routine check and it was deposited to the Station Master’s office of this station.
Thereafter, the Station Master made repeated announcements with a request to the owner to collect the mobile phone from the Station Master’s Office of this station and a control message was communicated to all stations.
At about 18.00 hrs. a lady passenger came to the Station Master’s office of Netaji Bhavan Metro station and claimed the ownership of the mobile phone. After proper verification and fulfilling all official formalities, the phone was handed over to her.
She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway authorities for helping her to get back her lost phone.
