METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED PASSENGER

On 06.03.2025 at about 18:00 hrs., on-duty RPF and station staff found a passenger aged around 55 years feeling unwell on the platform of Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro station after de-boarding from a train. Seeing his condition, they rushed to his help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, he was brought to the Station Master’s office and given first aid. He was later admitted to M R Bangur Hospital at about 18:10 hrs, under the escort of RPF and station staff. In the meantime, station staff contacted his daughter over the mobile number given by him and she was apprised of his condition.
After sometimes, his daughter came to the hospital. All the belongings of the passenger were handed over to her.
He and his daughter thanked Metro Railway Authorities for the kind co-operation and timely help.
