METRO STAFF HELP AN INJURED LADY PASSENGER

On-duty Metro staff have come to the help of Metro passengers once again! on 01.03.2025 at about 17:30 hrs i.e. during the pick hours, one lady commuter aged about 45 years came to Dum Dum Metro station to avail the Metro service. Unfortunately she had a bad fall at the station premises and sustained injury. Seeing her condition on-duty Metro staff and RPF personnel immediately rushed to her help. She was brought to the Station Master’s office and administered the first-aid.
Her husband was contacted over telephone and he came to the station and took the custody of her.
After some time, she started feeling better and left the station along with her husband.
She and her husband expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway authorities for the kind co-operation and timely help before leaving the station.
