METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On-duty Metro staff and RPF personnel have once again come forward to help an indisposed lady commuter in the Metro premises during peak hours at the right time. on 22.02.2025 at about 17.35 hrs., a lady commuter aged around 30 years suddenly started feeling unwell inside a Metro and got down at Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Station. Her husband, who was accompanying her, sought help from the station staff and RPF personnel to attend her.
They immediately rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s Office in a stretcher and given first-aid. She was later sent to M. R. Bangur Hospital with her husband. RPF personnel and station staff also accompanied them to the hospital.
She and her husband expressed heartfelt gratitude for the kind and timely help rendered by the station staff of Metro Railway.
