METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On-duty Metro staff and RPF have once again helped an indisposed lady commuter in the Metro premises at the right time. on 19.02.2025 at about 18:30 hrs., a lady commuter aged about 50 years suddenly started feeling unwell at Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Station.
Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s office and administered first-aid. Her son-in-law was immediately contacted after getting the phone number from her.
Hearing the news, her son-in-law came to the Station Master’s office after some time.
She was later sent to M. R. Bangur Hospital along with her son-in-law for further treatment.
She and her son-in-law expressed heartfelt gratitude for the kind and timely help rendered by the station staff of Metro Railway.
