LOST TROLLEY BAG RETURNED TO A LADY COMMUTER BY METRO STAFF

On 14.02.2025, at 11.25 hrs an on-duty RPF staff posted at Kavi Subhash Metro station while conducting a routine checking of a Metro rake recovered an unclaimed trolley bag from the rake and deposited it to the Station Master’s Office after proper security checking. After opening the bag, some valuable items were found therein.
Thereafter, Station Master made repeated announcements requesting the owner of the bag to collect it from the Station Master's Office and a control message was also communicated to all the stations.
After sometime, a lady came to the Station Master’s Office of Kavi Subhash Metro station and claimed the ownership of the recovered trolley bag and the items containing therein. After proper verification and fulfilling all official formalities, the trolley bag along with all other items were handed over to her.
She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway authorities for helping her to get back the lost trolley bag along with all other items.
