METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER
Kolkata, Date: 14.02.2025
On 13.02.2025 at about 11.35 hrs., a male commuter aged about 74 years suddenly started to feel unwell at Rabindra Sadan Metro station. His grandson, who was accompanying him, sought help from the station staff and RPF.
They immediately rushed to his help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, he was brought to the Station Master’s Office in a stretcher and given first-aid. He was later sent to S.S.K.M. Hospital with his grandson. RPF and station staff also accompanied them to the hospital.
He and his grandson thanked Metro Railway authorities for the kind co-operation and help.
