STRESS MANAGEMENT CAMP FOR METRO STAFF

Metro Railway has been taking all possible safety measures to ensure safe and secured services for its lakhs of commuters. As per the instructions of Shri P Uday Kumar Reddy, General Manager, Metro Railway, regular mock drills, tutorials, special sessions etc are being organised on regular basis to impart proper and updated training to Metro staff. In an unique initiative, Metro authorities have organised a Stress Management Camp from 08th to 12th February, 2025 at Noapara Crew Lobby. In this camp, Motormen, supervisors, and office staff of Electrical and Finance Departments are participating. This has been the second such camp being organised for the benefit of the Metro Motormen and also the first such camp being organised at Noapara Crew Lobby.
This camp,organised by the Electrical Engineering Department, is expected to help Motormen and other staff of different departments to manage their stress well and improve their productivity. In this camp, the lessons on ‘Art of Living ‘, founded by Shri Shri Ravi Shankar are being imparted which would act as tension and stress buster for Metro staff.
Each participant in this five-day long camp is practising yoga, meditation,Sudarshan Kriya etc. under the watchful eyes of experienced trainers to remain stress-free and face any situation calmly.
