NEW PASSENGER-FRIENDLY FEATURE ADDED IN METRO RIDE KOLKATA APP

For the convenience of the commuters, Metro Railway authorities have added a new feature in the Metro Ride Kolkata App. Shri P. Uday Kumar Reddy, General Manager, Metro Railway, has launched this added feature in this App on 26.01.2025 on the occasion of the 76th Republic Day. This feature will enable all the users of this App to get regular notification on Metro services like introduction of new services, special services, changes in frequency of services as well as disruption of services.
Shri Reddy has expressed his hope that this facility will help lakhs of commuters to get the proper information about Metro services at the right moment.
Metro Railway authorities have appealed to all to use this App and other digital mode of ticketing system for enjoying hassle-free journey in the Metro and avoid long queues in front of the booking counters.
