METRO RAILWAY SHOWS HUMANE FACE AGAIN

On 24.01.2025, a lady passenger, aged around 20 years, with her two friends boarded a Metro at 14.43 hrs. from Salt Lake Sector V for Sealdah. During this journey, she started feeling unwell and got down at Karunamoyee station at about 14:45 hrs. with her friends. on seeing her condition, on-duty RPF staff rushed to her help and brought her to the Station Master’s room.
She was immediately administered First-Aid. Later, it was decided to shift her to nearby SEVA Hospital, Bidhannagar for further treatment. After complying with all official formalities, she was sent to that hospital in a car.
She and her friends expressed heartfelt gratitude to Metro authorities for kind co-operation and timely help.
