METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED PASSENGER

Today i.e. on 27.12.2024 at about 11:45 hrs., on-duty RPF and station staff found a passenger aged around 19 years feeling unwell inside a Metro at Salt Lake Sector V station. Seeing his condition, they rushed to his help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, he was brought to the Station Master’s Office and given first aid.
He was later admitted to Seba Hospital at about 12.07 hrs, under the escort of RPF and station staff.
In the meantime, station staff contacted his office colleagues and uncle over the mobile number as found on the ID card and they were apprised of his condition.
After sometimes, his uncle came to the hospital and took custody of him. All the belongings of the passenger were handed over to him.
He thanked Metro Railway authorities for the kind co-operation and help.
