METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED PASSENGER

On 24.12.2024 around 10:20 hrs. Metro Railway Security Control received a call from a commuter on Security Helpline Number i.e. 9007041789 that a lady passenger aged around 27 years feeling unwell at the platform of Chandni Chowk Metro station. After receiving this information, the message was communicated to the Chandni Chowk on-duty RPF staff. They rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was immediately sent to Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata under the escort of lady RPF staff and station staff. In the meantime, station staff contacted her husband over the mobile number given by her and he was apprised of her condition.
After sometime, her husband came to the hospital and took custody of her. All the belongings of the passenger were handed over to him.
He thanked Metro Railway Authorities for the kind co-operation and timely help.
