METRO STAFF HELP AN INJURED LADY PASSENGER

On 12.12.2024 at about 19:55 hrs, a lady passenger aged about 60 years had a bad fall at Shyambazar Metro station. She got a minor injury. Seeing her condition, on-duty station staff and RPF personnel rushed to her help. She was brought to the Station Master’s office immediately. She was administered the first-aid.
After some time, she started feeling better and wanted to go to her destination.
She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway authorities for the kind co-operation and timely help before leaving the station.
