GRIEVANCE CAMPS ORGANIZED AT DIFFERENT METRO STATIONS

Metro Railway has been observing Vigilance Awareness Week with huge enthusiasm from 28th October to 3rd November, 2024. This year’s theme of celebration is “Culture of Integrity for Nation's Prosperity”. As part of this programme, grievance camps were organized at Dakshineswar, Noapara, Park Street Metro stations of Blue Line to create awareness amongst commuters as well as staff against corrupt practices under the supervision of Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer, Metro Railway today i.e. on 30.10.2024.
In these camps, grievance cases as submitted by the passengers and staff, were received and examined at length for early remedial action.
