METRO RAILWAY SHOWS HUMANE FACE AGAIN

A lady passenger sustained leg injury at Kalighat Metro station on 16.10.2024 at 10.00 hrs while boarding an UP train. After seeing her condition, the lady RPF personnel posted there rushed to her help
and informed the
Station Master. The Station Master with other station staff reached the spot immediately and administered first-aid for her relief. After sometimes, her condition improved and she wanted to go to Esplanade in a Metro.
After complying with all official formalities, she left the station.
Before leaving the station, she expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the Metro administration for their co-operation and help.
