GM’S CHALLENGE CUP HELD
Kolkata, August 30, 2024:
Metro Railway Sports Association has organized GM’s Challenge Cup, the First Inter Departmental Tournament. Metro Officers and staff participated in this tournament in numbers and vied for the top spot in the Carrom and Table Tennis competitions. Today i.e. on 30.08.2024, Table Tennis Singles final took place in presence of Shri P Uday Kumar Reddy, General Manager, Metro Railway. This tournament aimed to promote sports, teamwork, and camaraderie amongst Metro Railway staff, reinforcing the values of unity and cooperation.
After the Match, General Manager handed over the trophies and mementoes to the winners and runners-up in Singles and Doubles Categories.
Congratulating the winners, Shri Reddy has expressed his hope that this tournament will go a long way to create a healthy environment in the workplace and motivate all to perform well.
