MAHAPARINIRVAN DIVAS OF BHARAT RATNA
DR. B.R. AMBEDKAR OBSERVED IN METRO RAILWAY
Kolkata,6th December, 2023:
Mahaparinirvan Divas of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar was observed in Metro Railway today i.e. on 06.12.2023.
Shri P. Uday Kumar Reddy, General Manager of Metro Railway paid homage to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, chief architect of Indian Constitution by garlanding his photograph at Metro Rail Bhavan in a solemn function.
Principal Heads of Departments, other senior officers and staff of Metro Railway also paid homage to Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar by garlanding and offering floral tributes to him.
All Metro staff and officers along with members of All India Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Railway Employees Association fondly remembered the works of Babasaheb and his outstanding contribution for the cause of the society.
