METRO STAFF RESCUE AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On 30.11.2023 at 18:40 hrs, a female passenger aged about 52 years had a bad fall while boarding the escalator and sustained a minor injury at Esplanade Metro station. Her sister who was travelling with her sought help from on-duty RPF and station staff.
They immediately rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s Office and administered the first-aid. She was later sent to SSKM Medical College and Hospital for further treatment.
Before leaving this station, both of them thanked Metro Railway Authorities for extending kind co-operation and help.
