As per CRB’s DO. no. 2015/EnHM/06/12, New Delhi, dt. 12.04.2016, Metro Railway Kolkata organised a campaign under Swachh Bharat Mission in cooperation with two NGOs i.e. PHOENIX (The Sun Bird) and SANLAAP at Noapara and Kavi Subhas Metro Stations. Sri A. K. Halder, Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer administered Swachhata pledge to passengers and officers/ employees of Metro Railway at Noapara Metro Station. Awareness placards were displayed at both the stations and also on a running metro. Importance of cleanliness were also told during the campaign.
