(i)         Brief Appeal:

It must be appreciated that Metro Railway, being the life line of Kolkata is constantly trying to provide fast, safe, reliable and pollution free service to the city of joy. As Metro Railway earns 85% of its revenue from passengers, it is committed to provide all types of passenger amenities to its valued commuters. But, reeling under severe fund crisis, it is not always possible to provide all the basic amenities to the commuters. In view of the above, Metro Railway earnestly request to provide certain passenger amenity items at its stations in the greater interest of general commuters.
